A seasoned and respected trial advocate, Kevin represents individuals, families, and businesses nationwide in complex trust and commercial litigation. His practice is dual-focused: beyond the courtroom, he serves as a strategic advisor to early-stage companies and guides trustees through the nuances of administration and fiduciary best practices.

In co-founding Caffrey Hill, Kevin leveraged the deep experience he gained over a career that spans from his formative years at a small firm in rural Pennsylvania to decades at two of the world’s most prominent law firms. As a partner at DLA Piper, Kevin cemented his reputation as an effective and innovative litigator, serving clients across a diverse range of global industries. He later joined Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he conceptualized and launched the firm’s Fiduciary Litigation practice group. Throughout his career, Kevin has maintained a high-velocity trial practice alongside a steadfast dedication to pro bono work, particularly in support of U.S. military veterans.

Kevin has served as a guest lecturer at Penn State Law School and as a speaker for legal programs across the United States, China, and Zambia. He has also co-authored articles for publications in the U.S. and the U.K., most recently contributing a chapter on the effective use of mediation in trust disputes for Trust Laws in the United States (Globe Law and Business, Ltd., London, 2026).

Beyond his litigation practice, Kevin serves as a trustee and trust protector for private trusts. His expertise in conflict resolution also makes him a preferred choice as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in complex trust matters. Kevin is the Managing Partner of Caffrey Hill.
