We founded Caffrey Hill to deliver large-firm experience at a more intentional, watchful level.

We’ve been there—and we believe that a life well-lived outside the office makes us better, more well-rounded lawyers.

For us, recharging usually means being outside. At Caffrey Hill, we all share a love of the outdoors and endurance sports, from distance running and cycling to high-altitude thru-hiking. We thrive on the challenge of staying focused when the weather shifts midway through a race and remaining solution-oriented when negotiating a remote river crossing that has turned treacherous. The traits required—agility, the willingness to pivot, mental fortitude—are the same traits we apply to our clients' most intricate legal challenges.
